Privacy Policy

Flyway Events (“Flyway,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Today Smart Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company, and provides a platform for registering for and attending in-person festivals and events. Today Smart Solutions LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what the Flyway Events app collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the app at app.flyway.events and its iOS and Android versions.

Information we collect

• Account & contact info — your name and email address, and (if you provide them) phone number and mailing address. If you add family or friends to your group, the names and contact details you enter for them.
• Registrations & purchases — the events you register for, merch you buy, and the amounts. We do notsee or store your card number; payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s systems.
• Content you create — photos you upload, field notes, and messages you send through support or to event coordinators.
• Account & device identifiers — an account ID, and, if you turn on notifications, a push subscription for your device.
• Basic usage— limited operational data such as when you last signed in and a coarse device label (e.g. “Windows · Chrome”), used to keep your account secure and working.

We do not collect your device location, and the app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and your event registrations.
• To process payments (via Stripe) and provide receipts.
• To send you notifications and emails about your registrations and the event.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To keep the service secure and operating reliably.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — sending transactional email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to the festival organizer whose event you register for, so they can run the event you signed up for.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your account at any time from within the app at app.flyway.events/account/delete. Deleting removes your personal information and signs you out. For accounting and tax reasons we retain transaction records, but we strip your personal details from them. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request that we delete or correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The information we collect, our purposes, and the service providers we share it with are described in the sections above.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@flyway.events or delete your account using the link above. We verify requests against your account before acting on them, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and retain (de-identified) transaction records as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access is limited to what’s needed to operate the service.

Children

Flyway Events is intended for adults registering themselves and their party. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. An adult account holder is responsible for any family members they add to their group.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
